  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin cut 16 equal pcs
  • 2 x onions cut into 16 pcs
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 8 x bamboo skewers - (8" to 10")
  •     Herb Garlic Marinade (see recipe)

Инструкции

  1. Thread 2 pcs of pork and 2 pcs of onion alternately on each skewer. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange kebabs in 13- by 9- by 2-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Whisk Herb Garlic Marinade in medium bowl. Pour marinade over kebabs. Let stand for 30 min and up to 2 hrs at room temperature or possibly cover and chill up to 1 day, turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat broiler. Drain marinade into small saucepan. Broil kebabs till pork is cooked through, turning frequently and basting occasionally with marinade, about 12 min.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
