- Thread 2 pcs of pork and 2 pcs of onion alternately on each skewer. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange kebabs in 13- by 9- by 2-inch glass baking dish.
- Whisk Herb Garlic Marinade in medium bowl. Pour marinade over kebabs. Let stand for 30 min and up to 2 hrs at room temperature or possibly cover and chill up to 1 day, turning occasionally.
- Preheat broiler. Drain marinade into small saucepan. Broil kebabs till pork is cooked through, turning frequently and basting occasionally with marinade, about 12 min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
