Ингредиенты

  • 300 gm Chopped pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander root, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Lime leaf, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  •     Lemongrass stalks, trimmed
  • 6 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Garlic clove, very finely minced
  • 2 lrg Red chillies, seeded and finely minced
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves, finely minced

Инструкции

  1. First make the sauce. Boil the vinegar and sugar together to a syrup then remove from the heat and add in the garlic, chillies and salt. Allow to cold and add in the coriander.
  2. Mix the pork ingredients together and mix well. Mould around lemongrass sticks and deep fry at 200C till golden.
