Ингредиенты

  • 600g pork fat-free
  • 1 medium onion, about 100g
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic rolled
  • 150ml white wine
  • 500ml "Tomatina" (tomato puree) with the addition of oregano and basil
  • ground pepper, mixed spices
  • Tagliatelle
  • fresh parsley

  1. Pork cut into small cubes. Finely chop onion and fry in oil until translucent. Add garlic and little salt. When the onion becomes soft add the meat and fry it a little stirring until it turn white on all sides. Add the wine, cover and on medium heat, stirring occasionally cook until wine evaporates. Pour half of the Tomatina, and continue cooking, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta in common. Add the remaining Tomatina, and a little more simmer until a nice density. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spice mixture. Dish served with pasta, sprinkled with parsley.
