- Place the rack in the small roasting tin and lay on the chops.
- Slide the roasting tin onto the top set of runners of the roasting ovenand grill the chops for 10 to 12 min depending upon thickness.
- Turn them over and cook for a further 10 to 12 min till cooked through.
- Mix together the cheese mustard and ale and spread over the chops.
- Return to the grill till the cheese has melted.
- Serve garnished with tomato and watercress.
- These chops are grilled and have a delicious copping. The chops can also be served plain cooked in the same way without the topping.
