  • 4 x pork chops browned first if you like
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 x 6-inch sprig fresh rosemary about
  • 1 1/2 c. apples peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1 x 16-oz can whole berry cranberry sauce

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops. Place in large section of Duet Crock Pot. Sprinkle rosemary on top. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hrs.
  2. Apple-Cranberry Sauce: Mix all ingredients together in small section of Duet. 2.Cover and cook on Low 8 hrs.
