Ингредиенты

6 pork chops, 1 inch thick 4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced 1 c. sliced mushrooms, liquid removed

1 c. water, warm 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Инструкции

1. Brown chops, drain. In buttered 2 qt oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.
2. In a bowl combine water, onion soup mix; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till potatoes are tender at 350 degrees.
