- Marinate meat in mix of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs, onion and garlic for at least 2 hrs (covered in refrigerator).
- Slice mushrooms.
- Drain meat from marinade, reserve marinade.
- Saute/fry meat in large fry pan in melted butter. Stir till meat is white and hard. Add in marinade.
- Stir in tomato paste, plain flour and mix.
- Add in chicken stock, slowly mixing to thickish consistency.
- Simmer, covered for 1/2 hour. Add in mushrooms. Simmer further 1/2 hour.
- Serve topped with minced parsley on nest of plain boiled rice.
