Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound pork roast
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon mixed spices, tied in bag
  • 1 (14 ounce.) container ketchup
  • 1/2 c. pork stock

Инструкции

  1. Cook pork and onion together till well done. Cold pork. Slice about 1 inch thick. Return to pan and add in remaining ingredients. Cook altogether till thickened. Serve on hamburger buns.
