Ингредиенты

2 pound Navy beans 1 sm. onion, diced 2 tbsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce 1 env. onion soup mix, dry

1/4 pound turkey ham, diced 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 2 tbsp. catsup 4 c. water

Инструкции

1. Soak beans overnight. Place in 5-qt slow cooker. Add in 4 c. water and remainder of ingredients and simmer 12 hrs. Freeze in plastic bags each containing serving size desired.
