Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can pork and beans (16 ounce.) liquid removed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 ounce.) liquid removed Icing:
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c. soft margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar.

  1. Cake Directions: Mix all dry ingredients together. EAdd Large eggs and oil to mix, mash beans and mix with pineapple. EAdd this to the above ingredients. E(grease and flour cake pan)
  2. Bake in bundt pan 40-45 min at 350 degrees.
  3. Icing Directions: Cream together, frost cake E(sprinkle with minced pecans-optional)
  4. I've made this cake using the bundt pan and just dusting it with powdered sugar and it was very good. EI would say if you were going to frost it with the frosting, put it in 2 - 8" cake pans. ECool and frost. The directions I received said which the cake was a two layer cake, and the icing had crisscrossed lines of chocolate across the top for decoration.
  5. Also, I have made this cake with splenda, egg substitutes and applesauce instead of the oil and it was still delicious! EThe baked beans keep it very moist. E
