Ингредиенты

  • 2 pound pork roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 lg. bay leaf
  • 1 whole pepper corn, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry pork in warm oil with garlic. When browned, add in rest of ingredients. Simmer till tender. Taste juice, if sour add in sugar, if flat, add in soy sauce. When done, use juice to make gravy, adding 1-2 Tbsp. flour (water can be added if necessary). Serve over rice. Serves 6-8. Chicken can also be used instead of pork.
