8 c. popped corn (popped without salt or possibly fat) 2 c. low-salt Cheddar cheese goldfish crackers 1 c. plain toasted bread croutons 1 c. tiny unsalted pretzels 2 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr

1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Combine butter and Worcestershire sauce; drizzle over popcorn mix. Combine seasonings; sprinkle over popcorn mix, tossing well. Spread mix in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min, stirring once. Turn oven off; let cold in oven. Store in an airtight container. Makes 11 c..
