  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 box frzn breaded popcorn shrimp - (8 ounce)
  • 1 x scallion thinly sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 12- to 14-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Using your hands, spread the dough to cover the bottom of the pan.
  2. With a fork, prick the dough 15 to 20 times. Spread the sauce proportionately over the dough and sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the shrimp and bake for 12 to 15 min, or possibly till the crust is crisp and brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the scallions. Cut and serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
