Ингредиенты

  •     crust
  • 5 ounce pan jiffy pop popcorn
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  •     filling
  • 1 pkt unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. cold whip thawed
  • 1/2 tsp brandy extract
  •     nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. CRUST: Pop popcorn according to directions. Cold slightly; crush by rolling with rolling pin. Place popcorn in bowl. Mix corn syrup and butter in saucepan; cook to soft-ball stage or possibly 240 on candy thermometer. Pour over popcorn; toss with greased wooden spoon. Press frimly, with buttered hands, against bottom and side of buttered 9" pie plate; chill for 30 min or possibly till set.
  2. FILLING: Mix gelatin with lemon juice and orange juice in saucepan; let stand for 5 min. Place over low heat; stir till gelatin is dissolved. Mix with pie filling; pour into popcorn crust. Garnish.
  3. Chill till ready to serve.
  4. GARNISH: Stir brandy extract into Cold Whip. Drop by spoonfuls in center of chery pie; sprinkle with nutmeg.
