4 chicken breasts 1-2 tbs cajun pwdr

basmati rice 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Инструкции

1. Batter chicken breats with a cooks knife and cut up into tiny bits, roughly. Put into a frying pan with the oil and stir over medium heat.
2. Before the chicken has whitened shake on Cajun pwdr to taste.
3. Leave cooking till well done & crispy black (looks burnt but tastes perfect).
4. Serve on a bed of Basmati rice with garnishes.
