Ингредиенты

4 quarts. of popcorn, popped 1/2 c. sugar

1 c. white Karo syrup 1 level teaspoon cream of tartar

Инструкции

1. Boil syrup, sugar and cream of tartar till it forms ball in cold water. It takes little boiling. Remove from heat and add in 3 Tbsp. of butter and 1/4 tsp. soda and boil up. Pour over popcorn, stir and form into balls. (Butter on your hands will make it easier to create the balls.)
