Ингредиенты

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 T snipped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 15 1/4 ounce can pineapple chunks
  • 2 T catsup
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips

  1. In a bowl, put together egg, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Add in beef. Mix well. Shape into 1" meatballs. Place in a 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 min or possibly till done; drain.Drain can of pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Add in water to juice to make 1 cup. In a saucepan put together juice mix, catsup, vinegar, cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce, instant beef bouillon granules and dash grnd red pepper. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add in pineapple and green pepper. Add in meatballs; heat through. Serves 10.
