- 1 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. White wine , or possibly vermouth
- Â Â Garlic, to taste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley , minced or possibly cilant
- 2 x Chickens, halved

- Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour. (To me, one clove = why bother) If desired spicy, I have one more for you, also from the Times and tasty!
