- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. mixed fruit Jello
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 (46 ounce) cans pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 c. cool water
- 1/2 ounce almond extract

- Dissolve Jello and sugar in 9 cups boiling water, add in to other ingredients, freeze. Take out 4 to 6 hrs ahead of serving, add in 2 qts of gingerale.
