1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cayenne
2 c. Whipping cream
1/3 c. Onion, chopped
1/3 c. Tomatoes, chopped

1 x Unbaked pie crust
1Â 1/2 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
1Â 1/2 ounce Jack cheese, shredded

* Polly's, Huntington Beach! Combine Large eggs, salt, nutmeg, cayenne, and cream. Whip till smooth and light in consistency. Spread onions, tomatoes, and chiles on bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mix over filling. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 375 F, 60-70 mins or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to cold 10-15 mins before cutting.
