- Chop cabbage coarsely and boil in water approximately 10 min; drain.
- Cook rice and cold.
- Mix meat with Large eggs, onion, seasonings and 1/2 can tomato soup; add in rice and mix well.
- Place 1/2 cabbage in lasagne pan. Cover cabbage with meat mix and then cover with remaining cabbage.
- Dilute rest of tomato soup with an equal amount of water. Pour over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven. (For thicker sauce, use Hunts tomato sauce rather than soup.)
