Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can pineapple rings
  • Maraschino cherries
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Heat butter in large iron skillet. Cover bottom with brown sugar; add in pineapple to cover bottom. Add in cherries in each center. Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and blend. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk; add in vanilla. Pour into skillet. Bake 45-60 min at 350 degrees. Immediately invert on large plate.
