  • 140g Polenta flour
  • 800cc Water
  • 180cc Milk
  • 8g Salt
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 100g Braised sauce (meat sauce、maybe)
  • 80g Gorgonzola Cheese

Инструкции

  1. Put water, milk, salt and the virgin olive oil into the pan and bring them to the boil. Put polenta flour to the liquid and mixed well with the beater.
  2. Place the cover on the pan and simmer about 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.
  3. When its texture is smooth, pour into the baking dish and leave it until it sets.
  4. Cover the Gorgonzola polenta with braised sauce, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese, bake at 200 ℃ 10 to 15 minutes.
