Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 8 ounce Mushrooms, washed & minced
  • 4 x Salmon steaks
  • 1/2 c. Dry white wine
  • 5 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  •     Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 stk butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole mustard (Moutarde de Meaux)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter an ovenproof dish. Add in mushrooms to cover bottom of dish; add in wine and place steaks on top of mushrooms. Cover with buttered wax paper. Bake 20 to 25 min, or possibly till done. Serve with Mustard Sauce. Mustard Sauce: Place yolks in blender. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper; blend. Heat butter. Add in to yolk mix slowly while blender is operating. Add in mustard.
