Ингредиенты

  • 1 whole salmon or possibly 6 salmon steaks/fillets
  • Powdered garlic
  • Powdered/grnd ginger
  • 1 fresh lime, juice only
  • Parsley
  • Thin slice cucumber
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake till fish flakes - steak/fillets: 30-40 min. Whole fish: 10 min per lb..
  2. Season salmon with juice first, garlic and ginger. Fill baking pan (size appropriate to fish quantity). 1/4-1/3 full of water. Add in vinegar, 1/2 remainder of juice and 1/4 parsley. Place in pan, cover with foil and bake.
  3. To keep hot till serving - retain water, reduce heat to hot. Place foil over water. Poke small holes in foil. Place fish on foil. Remainder of lime juice, cover.
  4. If you use fillets, use sufficient water to cover only 1/2 of fillets. Don't cover completely.
  5. To serve, place on top of fresh parsley and cucumber slices.
