  • 1/2 c. Pineapple tidbits
  • 1/4 c. Carrot,diced, cooked
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c. Sweet mixed ginger, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken breast,diced, -=Or possibly=-
  • 2 c. -Chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Plum sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Catsup
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. TO MAKE FILLING: Mix meat with marinade for 1/2 hour or possibly more. Stir fry in 1 tbsp. of oil till almost done. Add in vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute more. Add in sauce mix. Stir till thickened, mix well and chill.
  2. WRAPPING: Follow direction for steamed barbecued pork buns.
  3. BAKING: Same as curry beef buns. DO AHEAD NOTES: same as for the curry beef buns.
