  • 1/2 c. Canned crushed pineapple liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c. Mashed, seeded Chinese salted plums
  • 1/4 c. (lightly packed) Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Apricot preserves
  • 1 tsp Finely-minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chile peppers

Инструкции

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, combine pineapple, juice, salted plums, brown sugar, vinegar, preserves, and garlic and process till smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan, and add in the crushed red chile peppers. Bring mix to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and use as a dipping sauce for Egg Rolls.
