Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon each cinnamon and ginger
  • 6 c. (2 1/4 lbs.) thinly sliced unpeeled plums
  • Pastry for 9 inch double crust pie

Инструкции

  1. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl. Add in plums and toss. Place prepared crust into 9 inch pie pan; spoon in plum filling. Roll out remaining crust and cut into 1/2 inch strips and arrange in lattice pattern, flute edges, sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 min, reduce to 375 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
