1 pound hamburger 8 c. sliced potatoes 1 sm. onion, minced 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can lowfat milk

15 ounce. can tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper 6 ounce. mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Fry hamburger. In large buttered dish, mix all but the cheeses. Dot with butter. Cover dish. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are done. Remove cover and add in cheese on top. Return to oven, uncovered, for about 15 min. Bake at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
