Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni
  • 1 quart. Ragu pizza sauce
  • 2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
  • 4 ounce. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese

Инструкции

  1. Brown grnd beef with onion on low heat; drain. Cook noodles and drain. Mix with meat and sauce mix (salt, soup, water, pizza sauce, peppers and mushrooms). Put in 9 x 13 glass baking dish and top with pepperoni and olives. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10 min longer.
