1 pkg. ready made sugar cookie dough 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla Cut up fruit for top: kiwi, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, bananas Fruit preserves, thinned with a little water

1. Spread cookie dough in pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold. Cream softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cookie. Arrange cut up fruit on top. Spread preserves on the fruit to give it a glossy appearance.
