Assembing my sister's pizza crust and sauce into Pizza with the baking directions, etc.

  • Rolled out Pizza crust my Pizza crust recipe
  • Prepared Pizza Sauce from my Pizza Sauce Recipe
  • 2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3c grated Romano Cheese
  • 1/3c grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Choose your own topping.
  • My favorites are
  • Pepperoni
  • Mushrooms
  • Black Olives
  • Diced Onions

  1. Pre heat oven to 375
  2. Place ready rolled out pizza dough on greased pizza pan
  3. Spread Mozzarella cheese on Pizza dough
  4. Pour sauce evenly on dough and cheese
  5. Add additional Pizza Toppings
  6. Cover with grated Romano and Parmesan Cheese
  7. Bake at 375 degrees as follows:
  8. Top Shelf of oven 10 minutes
  9. Bottom Shelf of oven 10 minutes
  10. Top Shelf of oven 5 more minutes
