- Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together. Cut in shortening; add in large eggs and sufficient ice water to hold mix together, as for pie crust. Roll as for pie crust and cut into 3-inch circles.
- Put together filling ingredients and mix well. Place approximately 2 tsp of filling on one side of circle and bring other side over to cover it. Seal edges with a fork. Brush top with lowfat milk and beaten egg. Bake in 350 to 375 degree oven for about 20 min.
