- Filling heated together.
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Then add in Large eggs and mix thoroughly. Sift flour with soda, cinnamon, salt. Add in to creamed mix. Turn out and roll to 1/2 inch thick. Spread with filling and roll like a jelly roll. Put in cold place till hard sufficient to slice.
- Slice off and bake 10 to 15 min in moderate oven.
