This recipe was shared to me by a good friend. It's very simple to make. There's no measurement to the ingredients, just add a little bit of this and a little bit of that. My family loves it and I hope you'll like it too! Enjoy!

- Drizzle olive oil over Pink Salmon. Not too much, just an ample amount to coat the fish meat.
- Sprinkle Tamarind powder (Sinigang Mix) all over the Pink Salmon. Set aside and leave for 10 minutes.
- Set frying pan over low-medium heat. Put butter and olive oil. Once it is ready, place the salmon in the pan. Fry until all sides are slightly golden brown.
