- Preheat oven to appropriate temperature according to cake mix instructions.
- Lightly spray pan with cooking spray.
- Open can of crushed pineapple and drain as much liquid off as possible.
- Dump liquid removed pineapple into pan, distributing proportionately on bottom of pan.
- Open 2 ENVELOPES of Liquid Butter Buds and sprinkle generously all over the crushed pineapple.
- Crumble/sprinkle brown sugar proportionately and generously all over the pineapple dry butter buds.
- Prepare the cake mix according to instructions with the following substitutions:Use egg substitute equivalent to the number of Large eggs used.
- Use applesauce equivalent to the amount of oil.
- Add in 1 envelope of the dry Liquid Butter Buds to the cake mix.
- Cook according to package instructions:cold and flip carefully and voila!!
- Easy and the butter buds gives it which buttery flavor with out the GREASE!!
