%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20my%20recipe:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Drain%20can%20of%20Pineapple%20rings%20into%20a%20cup.%20(To%20save%20the%20juice%20for%20later.)%20Preheat%20Oven%20to%20375%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Melt%20Butter%20in%20microwave,%20then%20pour%20it%20in%20the%20bottom%20of%20a%209x9%20square%20baking%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Sprinkle%20brown%20sugar%20evenly%20on%20top%20of%20the%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Then%20place%20Pineapple%20rings%20on%20top%20of%20the%20butter/sugar.%20Try%20not%20to%20overlap.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Now,%20in%20a%20large%20mixing%20bowl%20combine%20the%20flour,%20sugar,%20salt,%20vanilla,%20baking%20powder,%20milk,%20egg%20and%202%20Tbsp.%20juice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20When%20that%20is%20combined%20well,%20gently%20pour%20the%20batter%20over%20the%20rings%20in%20the%20baking%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20After%20the%20oven%20is%20preheated,%20place%20the%20baking%20dish%20in%20the%20oven%20for%2030%20minutes.%20(Or%20until%20it%20is%20golden%20brown.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E8.%20Once%20it%20is%20finished%20baking,%20immediately%20flip%20it%20onto%20a%20serving%20dish.%20*Be%20careful%20it%20will%20be%20HOT!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E9.%20Best%20when%20served%20immediately!%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFrom%20my%20kitchen%20to%20yours!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
