Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. (packed) golden sugar
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Combine brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl; beat till fluffy. Add in pineapple and raisins. Sift flour with baking pwdr, soda and salt. Add in to pineapple mix; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Yield: 4 dozen.
