Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (liquid removed)
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into two medium bread pans. Bake 1 hour. Cold, wrap in foil till time to use.
