3/4 c. vegetable or possibly salad oil 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1 teaspoon lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 teaspoon dry mint, crumbled 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1. Combine vegetable oil, pineapple juice, lemon peel, lemon juice, mint, salt, and dry mustard in a large screw-top jar. Cover; shake thoroughly. Chill till ready to use.
