My boyfriends grandmother introduced me to this recipe. I adore it! It is so simple, even your children can help.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 table spoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick of butter (melted)

Инструкции

  1. Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese together in a baking dish.
  2. In a seperate bowl, crushed crackers and mix in the butter.
  3. Top the pineapple mixture with the cracker mixture and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
