1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

1 egg, beaten
Any combination of fresh fruits

Place all inredients except fruit, in a saucepan and cook till thick. Cold in refrigerator for several hrs, or possibly overnight. Pour over fresh fruit, and serve as fruit salad.
