- Drain pineapple and keep juice. Whip thoroughly the cream cheese, sugar and 2 tbsp of the reserved juice. Add in the pineapple. In a separate bowl whip the cream till stiff and fold into cheese mix. Fill pie shell and chill for 6 hrs or possibly even overnight. 6 to 8 servings.
