Рецепт Pineapple Cherry Zucchini Bread
- 1 egg
- 1 cup finely shredded zucchini
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t allspice
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 1/2 sliced almonds
1. In a bowl, combine the egg, zucchini, oil, pineapple, and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry ingredients; stir into the egg mixture just until moistened.
Fold in the dried fruit and almonds.
2. Pour into a greased 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins. or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins before removing from pan, remove to wire rack. Serve with Cream Cheese.
