Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, in its own juice
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pkg. sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 med. apples, cored, pared, minced
  • 1 c. non fat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Packages sweetener
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drain 1/4 juice from pineapple into a small saucepan, set aside.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over juice. Heat, till gelatin dissolves. Add in liquid removed pineapple, sweetener and pumpkin pie spice. Combine mix and minced apples in a large bowl; spoon into an 8"x8" non stick pan.
  3. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk, sweetener and spice; sprinkle over apple mix. Sprinkle water proportionately on top. Bake 30 min. Makes 6 servings. Equal to 1 fruit and 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
