  • 1 kilo boneless bangus, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato red, sliced
  • 1 small ginger, crushed
  • 2 pcs finger chili green
  • 1 cup cane vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. Arrange all the ingredients in a wok. Cover.
  2. Simmer for over medium fire until the bangus is cooked. (around 10-15 mins)
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
