1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free Jello instant pudding, vanilla 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk 1 c. Cold Whip lite dessert topping

1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. coconut

1. Stir together pudding mix and skim lowfat milk as directed. Add in pineapple, Cold Whip and coconut, fold into pudding mix. Allow to refrigeratebefore serving.
