1 yellow cake mix 1 sm. instant vanilla pudding 4 Large eggs 1/2 c. coconut lowfat milk

1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. Bacardies light rum

1. Mix all ingredients 1 minute at low speed of electric mixer. Then 5 min, medium speed. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees. 12 inch tube pan - 45 min. 9 inch round pans - 30 min. Glaze while still hot.
