1 jar pimento cheese
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple

2 c. miniature marshmallows
9 ounce Cold Whip

Cream cheese, pineapple, and juice. Add in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Let set at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
