  • 1 package pie sheet
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml oil
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200g salted cheese
  • 50g sour cream
  • pepper
  • dill
  • 1 egg yolk for smear the pie

  1. 1.Heat the oven.
  2. 2.Mix in a bowl eggs,cream cheese,salted cheese,sour cream,pepper and dill.Set aside.
  3. 3.Smear a oven tray with a little oil.
  4. 4.Take each sheet and stretch it,then,oil it delicate with a brush.
  5. 5.Put cheese mix on each sheet then roll.
  6. 6.Use the egg yolk to give a beautiful colour to the pies.
